Rich Mills is a New England based Creative Director, who has had the pleasure of traveling throughout much of the United States, as well as some far reaching countries for his creative inspiration.

A proven creative project/schedule/budget management leader who is an energetic, highly innovative professional with exceptional artistic illustration and retouching expertise; tops in computer graphics and photoshop skills; and a widely-respected photo director, casting director and negotiator.
